Collection O KR Puram Ayyappa Nagar Formerly Sunrise Arcade

Conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transport

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding, modern decor, and all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay

breakfast was not that great. please don't opt for breakfast there is plenty of hotels and restaurants near to this for breakfast. the location is very near to lots of shops so we can get anything which aren't available.

bed and bath towel all had stains. they should do a dry cleaning for those before allowing anyone to stay there. the bathroom we got was to small to even stand. the room we got was 406. if you are coming to this hotel do not take this room ask for a good one.

Nothing worth mentioning

No service at all. Very amatuer staff. Not friendly. Room was okay. But overall experience of stay was very bad

It’s maintained well and staff are good. The location and facilities are good. I like the lift and there is a gym below the rooms. The only thing that needs better management is the bedspreads which are clean but having stain marks else this is the best place to stay

Everything is goood except the Bedspread stains they could use other colors instead of white if they are unable to maintain

Horrible experience

The other guests were drunk and were making loud noises. They were disturbing other guests in the night playing loud music and ringing doorbell of other rooms in the midnight. Hotel staff were incapable to handling the situation. Also there is drinking water facility and room was not clean.

Courteous staff. Overall very good stay. Clean rooms and bathrooms, staff was cordial, check in/out was very smooth. Good service.

no issue at all

The hotel owner was very helpful and the staff was polite. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. It was an amazing experience at the hotel.
